Using Agentic AI to Simplify Digital Twin Creation and OperationAgility in efficient manufacturing practices relies on quick decision-making to adapt to market, regulatory, and environmental challenges. This need has driven a growing demand for Digital Twins of modern facilities to provide a tool for virtually conducting risk and impact analysis of production changes. The creation of a Digital Twin involves the coordinated merging and mapping of data from various sources and formats. This process often requires significant time and resources to develop a system capable of providing detailed insights and predictive analytics. After its creation, using the digital twin effectively depends on the user's expertise in applying experimental testing and accurately interpreting the results. Recent advancements in the application of AI Agents present a significant opportunity to streamline the creation and operation of digital twins. This presentation provides an overview of a new paradigm for the synergistic integration of digital twins and AI within the biopharma manufacturing industry.
